Dr. Ang received
his medical degree from The Johns Hopkins
University in Baltimore. He continued
training at The Johns Hopkins Hospital
where he completed a residency in Internal
Medicine in 2003.
This was followed
by a cardiology fellowship at Duke University
Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina,
where he focused on noninvasive and advanced
cardiovascular imaging, completing an
advanced training fellowship at the Duke
Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Center.
Dr. Ang joined
the medical staff of Saint Joseph's Hospital
of Atlanta as a cardiologist in 2007.
As a Fellow of the Saint Joseph's Heart
and Vascular Institute, he is involved
in clinical trials and research utilizing
various non-invasive cardiovascular imaging
modalities.
Dr. Ang is certified
as a Diplomate in Internal Medicine and
Cardiovascular Disease by the American
Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member
of the American College of Cardiology
and the Society of Cardiovascular Magnetic
Resonance.
